Resolution domestic abuse guides updated

Resolution's Domestic Abuse Committee have updated the Good Practice Guide to domestic abuse cases and the Domestic Abuse Alert Toolkit. The Good Practice Guide to Correspondence has also recently had a refresh.

It's so easy to fall into bad habits, particularly when trying to protect a client's position in a high conflict case. We've all been there. This stuff may seem obvious to experienced practitioners and I think that is in itself problematic. It is always worth a refresher and a reminder that we can further our clients' cases whilst remaining mindful that there are likely to be vulnerabilities, we are not aware of, on both sides of the court room.
